Analýza zásahové činnosti jednotky SDH Dobřany: identifikace rizikových faktorů a návrh preventivních a taktických opatření

Abstract

The submitted bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of the intervention activities of the volunteer fire brigade unit in Dobřany during the period 2021–2025. The aim of the thesis is to identify the main types of emergency incidents and recurring risk factors within the given area. The theoretical part describes the activities of fire protection units, their equipment, operational assignments, and specific characteristics. The practical part is based on a quantitative analysis of dispatch records and a qualitative investigation conducted through interviews with members of the unit. The results of the thesis confirm the dominance of technical interventions and the importance of traffic accidents, while also identifying specific risk locations, objects, and operational problems that affect the course of interventions. Based on the findings, preventive and tactical measures are proposed to increase the efficiency of intervention activities and to reduce risks within the territory.
