Abstract

Diploma thesis includes questions about Administration of the municipality Sviadnov, which is located in the Moravian-Silesian region. The municipality border with a corporate town Frýdek-Místek and this is the principle of the work. Municipality was a part of this town in past, but it separated out in 1992. Since that year it is the individual territorial unit with its citizens, territory, discretions and duties. In fact, the municipality is individual, but is also depended on the town Frýdek-Místek, which I tried to demonstrate in my work. I determined to formulate suggestions and references as an aim, which can go to the better efficiency this administration with its advantages and disadvantages of operation Sviadnov as an individual municipality. I suggested several solutions of administration of the municipality of the grounds findings reality. All these proposals came out from suggestion that Sviadnov join back to the Frýdek-Místek. Individual versions were: create a colonial/local collections, create municipal areas and create two or three election districts. All these versions had some pros and cons but as I think the best for municipality is to let its administration at the present state at least for the near future.
