Hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce na téma „Hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice“, bylo provést zhodnocení efektivnosti nakoupeného strojního zařízení firmou X, na základně dat poskytnutých společností. V teoretické části práce je obsažen popis a metody pro hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice, které byly použity ve výpočtech. V praktické části práce je proveden výpočet čisté současné hodnoty u finančního plánu roku 2011. U ukazatele čisté současné hodnoty je proveden pyramidový rozklad na dílčí ukazatele. V závěru práce je sestaven nový finanční plán, který vychází ze skutečně dosažených hodnot roku 2014.

The target of bachelor thesis called „Evaluation of the Real Investment“, was investment efficiency rating of purchased machinery by company X. This rating was processed on the basis of information, which provides company X. In the theoretical part, the evaluation of the real investment methods, employed within the thesis, are described. In the practical part, at the financial plan of the year 2011 was calculated the net present value. Next, the pyramidal decomposition of Net present value and the influence of particular ratios on the main synthetic one are assessed. Finally, is new financial plan, which is based on the actual numbers of the year 2014.
