Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on employee benefits. The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on the analysis to find out whether and how works the current system of employee benefits in the selected company. To achieve the aim of the bachelor thesis, quantitative research is chosen, specifically a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part contains the theoretical basis of the system of employee benefits. The practical part presents the results of the survey. In conclusion of the work are suggestions and recommendations.
