Abstract

The dissertation deal with radioactivity of varios kinds of fungus, moss and soil on the territory of Moravskoslezský region after 26 years since nuclear accident in Chernobyl. Sampling was made in various areas of Opavsko and Beskydy. In the dissertation is described preparation of samples, their pressing to tablets for gauging in germanium semi - conductor detector. The individual samples of biological material were appraised on the base of relative mass activity. Each sample was compared for each locality. The gauging confirmed that isotopes 134Cs and 137Cs are attend in environment of studied localities in present 2012. The most contaminate is the locality of Opavsko. According to gauging Xerocomus badius contain the most isotopes of cesia.
