Dřevostavba bytového domu v Polešovicích

Abstract

ŠOUSTKOVÁ, Barbora. Timber Residental Building in Polešovice. Ostrava, 2026. Bachelor’s thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering. Department of Building Structures. Thesis Supervisor: Ing. Nikola Vavřínová, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis was the project documentation for the realisation of an residental building in Polešovice in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., The residential building is designed as a wooden structure combined with reinforced concrete core. It is a foour-story building with one basements and three abov-ground floors, featuring a flat roof structure with a waterproof coating. Thesis is divided into two parts: a text section and a drawing section. The text section includes a technical report, a thermal assessment of the roof, and a structural analysis of one selected structural element, which is a reinforced concrete monolithic staircase. For drawing section, an architectural study, construction drawings, and a list of components were prepared, all of which are in accordance with the requirments for construction documentation.
