Abstract
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to use the principles of project management to plan, organize and implement a social event in a music club environment. The theoretical part first defines key concepts of project management, including the project life cycle, time planning, structured work breakdown structure and risk management tools. In the practical part, these tools are applied to a specific case – the organization of a cultural event – and include a proposed schedule, financial budget and subsequent evaluation of the project progress. The thesis shows that the systematic application of project methods can contribute to minimizing risks, optimizing costs and increasing the quality of the participants' experience. The systematic project approach applied in the bachelor's thesis can turn an idea into an unforgettable event – and lay the foundations for its repetition as a permanent club tradition.
