Uplatnění metody Kaizen

Abstract

The Bachelor work deal with analyze the application of method Kaizen in the concrete company and is focusing more closely of method 5S. First part of work presents theory of knowledges japans system of improvement Kaizen and describes basic manager tactics, which is characteristic for this method. Second part observes improvement of method 5S. It analyzes questioner which are part of month audit 5S of each factory building. This method evaluates gain point and find out satisfaction of targets.
