Finanční analýza společnosti Trojek a.s.

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti zvoleného podniku prostřednictvím moderních metod finanční analýzy. Cílem mé diplomové práce je dospět k určitým závěrům o celkové hospodářské a finanční situaci podniku. Vypracovaná analýza je zaměřena na identifikaci slabých stránek, které by mohly firmě v budoucnu působit menší či větší problémy a na stanovení jejich silných stránek o které by mohla v budoucnu opírat svojí činnost. Pokud má být podnik ekonomicky úspěšný, musí být finanční analýza součástí komplexu finančního řízení podniku, neboť zajišťuje zpětnou vazbu mezi předpokládaným efektem řídících rozhodnutí a zkušeností. Teoretické vymezení finanční analýzy bude aplikováno na konkrétní finanční údaje společnosti TROJEK, a.s.

The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of a selected company using the modern methods of financial analysis. The aim of this thesis is to reach certain conclusions about the overall economic and financial situation. The elaborated analysis is focused on identifying weaknesses that could affect us in the future a greater or lesser problems and to determine their strengths on which to base its future activities. If the firm shall be economically flourishing, the financial analysis has to be a part of the complex of the company´s financial management because it provides a feedback between the expected effect of managing decisions and experience. Theoretical definition of financial analysis will be applied to a specific financial details of the Joint Stock Company, TROJEK a.s.
