Abstract
This thesis deals with job satisfaction and factors affecting it. The work consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical.
The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the concepts related to motivation, stimulation and job satisfaction.
Contains theory of motivation related to the objectives of the thesis. One chapter introduces the Beruška realitní kancelář, s. r. o.
The second part, practical, deals with its own survey of job satisfaction in a particular company. It also includes its own questionnaire compilation, evaluation and processing of data and the final discussion of results.
