Návrh nového využití areálu statku v obci Louka

Abstract

This project deals with the theme: "Proposed new utilization of the farm area in Louka." The aim of the thesis is to design new functional recovery (reconstruction) of the complex of buildings in an abandoned farm in the village Louka. Introduction in this thesis is devoted to the basic knowledge about the village, solved area and theoretical solutions. The next section deals with the description of two alternative solutions that are processed in the form of volumetric studies. One of the selected variant is elaborated in detail. There are taken into consideration requirements for historically protected area which is part of solved object, in each variations. When creating the project the focus is laying on appropriate harmonization of efficiency, function and aesthetics so this reconstruction perfectly fits into surrounding environment.
