Abstract

Úkolem diplomové práce bylo vhodné navržení zastavění plochy pro hromadné bydlení a plochy určené pro veřejné prostranství. V diplomové práci je ve variantním provedení vyřešen urbanistický návrh zástavby bytovými domy s napojením na inženýrské sítě a dopravu. V závěru práce je proveden propočet investičních nákladů dané varianty.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to properly design a construction site intended for collective housing with a shared public space. The urban design of the apartment buildings, with a connection to underground utilities and transport systems, was carried out in several variations. At the end of the thesis, the investment costs of the given variant were calculated.
