Strategie a řízení příspěvkových organizací

Abstract

In this work are described issues with Strategy and governance of semi-budgetary organizations. On the concrete example of two separated legal entities from school area are analyzed internal prescriptions with focus on longterm strategic plan and internal control system. In order to made analysis were used - the SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis and method of comparsion. The work contains calculation of organizations potential, building of incidence matrix and net graphs of organizations potential. The target of this work is to develop proposal and recommendations on the basis of analysis results for individual organizations including proposal of strategic plan for year period 2012-2016.
