Možnosti financování sportovních organizací

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zmapovat možné zdroje financování vybraných sportovních organizací. Vedlejším cílem, který úzce souvisí s cílem hlavním, bylo analyzovat případné další finanční zdroje, které by mohly jednotlivé organizace využívat a zařadit tak mezi své příjmy

Diplomová práce je strukturována do šesti kapitol, kde první kapitolou je úvod a poslední kapitolu tvoří závěr. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy, metody a techniky výzkumu, které jsem použila při zpracování mé diplomové práce. Dále jsem se v teoretické části věnovala všem možným typům organizační struktury, které se v ČR vyskytují. Teoretická část obsahuje také výčet možných zdrojů, které mohou být využity při financování sportovních klubů a oddílů. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vybrané sportovní organizace. U každé sportovní organizace jsem provedla její charakteristiku, zjistila podmínky členství a také se zabývám organizační strukturou, kde popisuji jednotlivé pracovní náplně. Dále zde rozebírám konkrétní finanční zdroje jednotlivých organizací. Analyzuji jejich příjmy a výdaje prostřednictvím finančních výkazů a snažím se o rozbor problematiky. V následující kapitole jsem zhodnotila výsledky výzkumného šetření a snažila se navrhnout řešení zjištěných nedostatků.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to survey possible resources of financing selected sports organizations. The secondary aim, which is closely linked to the main aim, is to analyze other possible financial resources individual organizations can use and include into their revenue.

The diploma thesis consists of six sections, the first one being the introduction and the last one being the conclusion. In the theoretical part I define key terms, methods and techniques of the survey which I used when working on the thesis. I also deal with all the possible types of organizational structure that are common in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part also contains a list of possible resources that can be used for financing sports clubs and groups. The practical part of the thesis concerns with selected sports organizations. For every sports organization I performed its characteristics, I traced the terms of the membership and I also dealt with the organizational structure and the description of the work content. I also discuss specific financial resources of individual organizations. I perform the analysis of their revenues and expenses through financial reports and I attempt to analyze possible problems. In another section I offer the evaluation of the survey results and a suggestion for solving the imperfections.
