Abstract

The thesis is focused on a financial analysis of company EUROVIA CS, Plc. between years 2007 – 2011 and it was created based on balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash-flow statements between years 2007 – 2011. The aim of this thesis is Economic Evaluation of Financial health of company, for which I have chosen indicators of financial analysis and a series of financial ratios, which are indicators of profitability, liquidity, indebtedness and activity. I also used bankruptcy and Value models. In the practical part of this thesis these models are applied to EUROVIA CS, Plc. Following chapter contains the evaluation of a practical part as well as suggestions and recommendations for improving the situation of the company.
