Využití úpravnických metod při zpracování autovraků

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracován přehled používaných zpracovatelských metod při recyklaci autovraků. V první části je popsána problematika recyklace autovraků a na ní se vztahující legislativa České republiky a Evropské unie. Následně jsou začleněny metody zpracování autovraků v zahraničí. Je zde popsána problematika předání vozidla k ekologické likvidaci, skladování a následná mechanická aktivace autovraku. Další část práce se zabývá metodami zpracování autovraků v České republice. S ohledem na evropskou legislativu je zde popsána částečná shoda s metodami aplikovanými v zemích Evropské unie. Dále pak jsou vysvětleny metody úprav drti vzniklé ze zpracování autovraků. Pro názorný přehled recyklace tohoto odpadu je v závěru práce přiložen přehled úkonů vedoucích k ekologické likvidaci autovraku ve společnosti TROJEK a.s..

There is an overview of the processing methods used in the recycling of car wrecks described in the work presented. The first part describes the issues concerning recycling of car wrecks and the related legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Subsequently, the processing methods of recycling car wrecks used abroad are described. The issue of handing the vehicle over to the ecological destruction, storage and subsequent mechanical activation of the car wreck are described. Another part deals with the processing methods of recycling car wrecks in the Czech Republic. With regard to the European legislation, there is a description of a partial match with the methods applied in the European Union. Furthermore, the methods concerning the modification of the fraction developed from the processing of car wrecks are explained. For an illustrative overview of the process of recycling this waste there is an overview of actions leading to ecological destruction of wrecked cars at TROJEK a.s. located in the final part of this work.
