Analýza vývoje nemocenského pojištění ČR

Abstract

Thesis is focused on the health insurance system in the Czech Republic. The aim is to analyze the development of health insurance in CR from the beginning to the present and its impact on employers and employees including the costs rate of health insurance benefits in CR. The first part comprises basic information about the health insurance, its rule of law from historical development to now, origin conditions, decline conditions and conditions of benefits entitlement. Then the information relating to organizations that are providing actual health insurance. In the second part are detailly described the individual health insurance benefits including analysis and development of health insurance benefits during the period in the CR. The last chapter is offering possible suggestions and recommendations affecting the degree of the sick leave in CR, including its impact on economical subjects as an from economical so social view.
