Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation for the construction and technology part of the designed schoolhouse construction. The task was to prepare documentation for the building part of the project, to the extent required for a building permit and technological parts of assembly of the ceiling structure and in the scale of construction documentation. The ceiling structure installation proposes two varieties, either from the prefab Filigran panels, or as a reinforced concrete monolitic beam ceiling board. For both ceiling structure installation varieties their economy and time are taken into consideration and for the project purposes the more advantageous form is selected. The schoolhouse is a fictitious construction located in a fictitious area for the purposes of this particular thesis assignment. The content and scale of individual parts of the project documentation have been adjusted accordingly.
