Abstract

Transport is one of the most important areas of the economy in the States. It is very important for the development of the economy as a whole, not only at national level but also at international level. This thesis aims to find out what the government creates conditions for businesses in the road freight transport and which areas may be affected. Alternatively, examines what restrictions or rules determined by European Union carriers and in what position they are carriers. The theoretical part is characterized by the importance of transport policy and transport. The thesis also compares conditions for its carrier creates Minister of the Slovak and the Czech Republic. The work focuses on the comparison of the height of excise duty on mineral oils, which are such an important carrier for diesel, which is important in terms of cost. It also focuses on comparing the height of the car tax, which controls the government. As a final toll fees are compared and their systems above and select. Also analyzed the development of the above-mentioned legal fees, including their revenues to the public budget in the period.
