Posouzení systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on employee benefits. The aim was to evaluate both drawing and providing of employee benefits in the selected company based on a questionnaire survey conducted among the company's employees. The first part of the thesis evaluates knowledge from the literature in general. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the basic characteristics of the employee benefits, separates them into groups, and describes tax matters of their deployment. In the second part, the thesis deals with a questionnaire survey, gathered in FAVEA. The questionnaire consists of 18 questions is the base tool to evaluate the employee benefit system. The last part of the thesis evaluates the questionnaire results in detail and based on the data proposes several benefits related procedures, which company can apply.
