Abstract
The theme of the diploma is to evaluate the competitiveness of software companies. The thesis aims to assess competitiveness. Specific objectives included is analysis of current status, further analysis of the impact of macro and micro environment at the company using selected methods. Methods chosen are PEST analysis, Porter analysis, benchmarking, financial analysis and SWOT analysis.
