Abstract
This thesis deals with the competitiveness of enterprises in tourism. Comparing the two most important and largest travel agency business in our market. These companies are a travel agency Fischer and travel agency Čedok.
The competitiveness of these companies are compared with potentials revealed by diagnostic methods that GM-TREND.
The aim of this thesis is to use the method of GM-TREND to establish the existence and potential usefulness of individual companies and on the basis of the results obtained to evaluate and propose possible ways of using the identified potentials.
