Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis of personal marketing production company. The aim of this thesis is to determine job requirements for employment within the target group ABB Ltd., to analyze company personal marketing and find out how can the ABB in personal marketing reach these candidates and subsequently and then keep the best employees.The data for marketing research were obtained through interviews.
