Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the existing system of remuneration of the company Lanex a.s., to assess its functionality and efficiency in terms of employee motivation, and propose a new system of remuneration. The theoretical part is aimed at human resources management, especially at staff evaluation and subsequent remuneration. In the practical part the existing system is introduced and analyzed and I design new system of remuneration. The conclusion includes the recommendations for changes to improve employee motivation.
