Abstract

This bachelor thesis discusses about the production preparation and realization of apartment building in Ostrava. Each chapter of this work is the analysis of the major tasks associated with the preparation of an apartment building. These are complex of activities that are designed to clarify the processes necessary to successfully start construction. It also includes a description of basic activities and entities involved in the construction. An inseparable part of the preparation is the economic part, resolved following the division of work between its own works and subcontractors. All processes are designed with regard to the usual practice in today's construction sector. Finally, it is mentioned in the course of construction.
