Abstract

This batchelor thesis is focused on emploees selection and recruitment. In the first part there is teoretical background based on professional literature. The teoretical part contains chapters focused on emploees selection and recruitment and on theory of questioning. The practical part describes a company Midico System, s.r.o and analyzes the process of selecting and recruitment. The analysis is based on personal interviews and questionnaires. In the last part there are the suggestions and recommendations to improve whole process of emploees selection and recruitment in the company Midico System, s.r.o.
