Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the programmable logic controllers and their significance for industrial automation. The theoretical part contains basic concepts, categories, structural designs and programming options with the means to develop applications of programmable logic controllers. The practical part will deal with configuration and subsequent implementation of a specific programmable logic controller in the production line of the company Bonatrans Group a.s.
