Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of construction in accordance with Decree 131/2024 Coll. The thesis includes a textual part consisting of: A. Introductory Report, B. Comprehensive Technical Report, D. Documentation of Buildings and Technical and Technological Equipment, Thermal-technical assessment of the external envelope structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011), Building envelope energy performance certificate according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011), and Structural analysis of a reinforced concrete column and short console. The thesis also includes a drawing section. The basis for the elaboration of this master’s thesis was a conceptual design developed within the courses Project I and Project II.

The new building Headquarters of a Motorsport Team is located in the municipality of Plazy in the Central Bohemian Region. It is a four-storey, non-basement building containing production and storage areas for the development, implementation, and servicing of rally cars for the WRC 2 racing series. The building is connected by a corridor to a four-storey administrative building containing changing rooms, sanitary facilities, staff rooms, and office spaces.
