Analýza mezd a odměňování jako motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on salaries and benefits causing a motivation for employees. The purpose of the work is to analyze the payroll system and remuneration as motivation in selected company, to compare survey results and to make proposals leads to more effective payroll system. Theoretical part includes explanation of payroll systems, remuneration, benefits as motivation, providing benefits, human resources, employee satisfaction and so on. Practical part contains description of the selected company XY and analytical part which presents a comparison of questionnaire survey results. From the results were found considerable dissatisfaction of employees from insufficient financial evaluations for the done work. Outcome of this research thesis together with proposals of correction of the deficiencies will be submitted to the head of branch of the company XY.
