Přitažlivost lokality v prostředí České republiky

Abstract

The submitted thesis under the name of „Attraction of the locality in the neighbourhood of the Czech Republic“ in content light of thesis is separated into two basic part– teoretical a practical. In the teoretical part the definition of municipality are specialized – its types and its basic facilities, definition of the town – its basic criteria, structure, divisions and functions. Next the analysis of possibilities follows, how to increase the attraction of municipality / town for various population target groups, which are separated into five thematic groups. For clearness and better orientation in the theme many of attendant pictures, diagrams and graphs are used. In the practical part the obtained informations from previously analysis are used to suggestion of simulation models by the help of instruments of the system dynamics. The implementation of one chosen model in the Powersim Studio 2005 program setting comes next and the final evaluation of the constructed model in light of utility and the suggestion of possible expansion in future follows.
