Analýza procesu a výsledků interních auditů v hutním podniku.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza procesu a výsledků interních auditu v organizaci a náměty na možná zlepšení. V první části této bakalářské práce je proveden teoretický rozbor problematiky integrovaných systému řízení a jejich auditování. Na teorii systému managementu navazuje část obecného procesu auditování, vývoj auditu, význam a cíle interního auditu včetně teoretického postupu provádění auditů dle normy ISO. Dále je zde charakterizován profil kvalitního auditora. Druhá část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na analýzu procesu a výsledků interních auditů v hutním podniku. Na základě provedení této analýzy jsou navrženy náměty na zlepšení.

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of Process and Results of Internal Audits in an establishment and suggestions for possible improvements. In the first part of this thesis is a theoretical analysis of the problems of integrated system management and their auditing. The theory part of the management system follows the general process of auditing, an audit development, importance and objectives of internal audit, including both a process audit according to ISO standards. Furthermore, high - quality auditor profile is described herein. The second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the process and results of internal audits in the metallurgical enterprise. Based on this analysis are proposed suggestions for improvement.
