Srovnání hospodaření obcí v České republice v letech 2018-2022 se zaměřením na výdaje

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the expenditures of all municipalities in the Czech Republic in the period from 2018 to 2022. The data for this analysis were obtained from data available in public databases of the state administration. Due to the large volume of monitored data, an analysis of the accumulated expenses of municipalities at the level of the administrative territories of the regions was carried out, with and without the contribution of legal entities of the regions, and the results were subsequently evaluated for 6 selected sections of the sectoral classification of expenses from group 3 - Services for the schema_dspacedb. Data were processed and analyzed using proprietary software tools designed in the C# programming language and the MATLAB system. The fulfillment of the objective of the work was achieved through answering three research questions set by the author.
