Přístupy a nástroje v oblasti posilování resilience kritické infrastruktury

Abstract

The value of critical infrastructure is essential for economic growth and maintaining social society. Its disruption could have severe impact on health, safety and well-being of citizens and state’s economy. Reliability and resilience of critical infrastructure is therefore very important. This paper is focused on the possibilities of strengthening resilience in critical infrastructure system. Critical infrastructure system description in Europe and also in Czech republic is in theoretical part as well as perception of resilience in specific areas. Analytical part of thesis is focused on evaluating methods for critical infrastructure resilience and on analysis of approaches and tools for resilience strengthening. These tools are furthermore classified as organizational and technical. Key part of diploma thesis is proposition of complex approach for critical infrastructure resilience reinforcement. The essence of this proposal is a procedure to strengthen and increase the robustness, adaptability and renewability of an element.
