Abstract

The theme of this thesis is to compare mortgages on the Czech market. Its aim is to identify the process and the conditions necessary for a mortgage loan, learn about the various parameters of selected loans offered on the Czech market and make their comparison. The thesis is separated into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the banking system of the Czech Republic, its distribution and individual activities, objectives and functions of the Central Bank Czech Republic, and commercial banks. Then, this chapter focuses on mortgage loans, and their definition phase, which occurs in the mortgage loan. The second chapter describes the selected mortgage loans of commercial banks. The third part is practical and is concerned with comparison of selected mortgage loans using model examples. The result is a recommendation of one of the selected loans. In the conclusion there is an overall comparison of selected mortgage loans.
