Abstract
The thesis is concerned with learning and developement in a selected company. The aim of the thesis „Evaluation of the Employees Learning and Development System in a Selected Company“ is to analyze the current system of the learning and development in the the selected company and in case of any imperfection found out to suggest recommendation to improve the situation in this area.
The thesis is divided into two major blocks – the theoretical and the practical parts, which are interconnected together. Theoretical concepts relevant to the learning and development are presented in the theoretical part. Information about the organization are presented in the practical part. In the practical part is analysed learning and development system in the selected company. Suggestions for improvement are presented at the end of the practical part.
