Využití kalolisů v kalovém hospodářství úpravny uhlí Komořany (ÚUK)

Abstract

The submitted bachelor´s thesis is concerned with a change of system of sludge treatment connected with processes of coal finishing at Coal Finishing Department Komorany (hereinafter referred to as „CFDK“). Previous system of sludge treatment at CFDK was long-term based on draining of sludge waters from CFDK operations into nearby sludge lagoons. Premises of surrounding residual pits incurred after exploitation of brown coal were used as such sludge lagoons. It was necessary to bring the use of Saxonie sludge lagoon to an end in 2012 therefore new alternatives of sludge treatment system were considered. The selected option is based on proven machine sludge drainage with use of filter presses.
