Abstract

The thesis deals with the the approach to the conception of the learning organisation in the company PWO UNITOOLS CZ, a.s. The main goal of the thesis is to find out how much the approaches of the conception of a learning organisation are accepted, primarily in the area of the staff education at the management level. On the basis of the findings achieved from the professional literature, the theoretical part of this thesis Introduces commonn, further the introduction into this dilemma is described, and procedure how an organization can learn. Practical part presents an analysis of organization as a learning system. The essence of the thesis are results of field data collection. In the last section presents recomandentions.
