Možnosti využití virtuální simulace pro optimalizaci výrobních procesů a ergonomie v kontextu Kvality 4.0

Abstract

This master's thesis deals with the use of virtual simulation as a tool for optimizing production processes and ergonomics. The aim of the thesis is to design an optimized layout of a specific workplace in the textile industry. This objective is preceded by the definition of theoretical foundations in the field of digital twins and ergonomics, analysis of the initial state of the workplace using digital modeling, evaluation of process and ergonomic parameters and subsequent formulation of recommendations for improvement. The result of the work is a verified solution proposal that demonstrably reduces the ergonomic workload and shortens the walking distance compared to the original state.
