Analýza systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců v obchodní organizaci

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important components that, when organized adequately, aim to achieve the company’s goals, and therefore it is essential to focus on them. Motivation and remuneration of employees are amongst the main personnel activities in every company and properly structured system of remuneration and motivation leads to satisfaction of employees. The topic of the thesis is the system of remuneration and motivation within the selected business company. The aim of this work is to sufficiently evaluate the system of remuneration and motivation of the selected business company. Furthermore, to propose possible recommendations to the company based on the results of a research survey, which was conducted through interviews with store managers and a questionnaire survey answered by individual store employees. The theoretical part focuses on human resources management, motivation, remuneration and employee benefits. The practical part analyses the system of remuneration and motivation of employees in the business company. A research survey was conducted through an interview and a questionnaire survey, including the determination of research questions. Recommendations were proposed to the company, based on the evaluation of the survey.
