Budoucí uspořádání energetického mixu ČR

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis analyzes the economic and environmental impacts of the Czech energy sector’s transition away from coal combustion, with a focus on pollutant emissions. The main objective is to assess and develop a realistic understanding of the possibilities for replacing coal-fired power plants with low-emission technologies, particularly within the portfolio of ČEZ a.s. The final evaluation and visualization compares selected options in terms of required investments, economic impacts, and land use requirements.
