Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with inventory management of selected industrial enterprise. The Theory part focuses on company logistics and theory of supply in general and introduces key words as well. The practical part aims the present o includes management by methods: Porter analysis, PESTEL, SWOT. For inventory management were used methods: inventory turnover ratio, inventory turnover, EOQ, ABC analysis, XYZ analysis, EW matrix.
Based on above mentioned analys were formulated recommendations which should improve the present condition inventory management.
