Abstract

This thesis describes current status and recommending Performance assessment method for the tool workshop of the company Nemak Czech Republic s.r.o., way how the system is created, how is maintained and its consequence to system of rewards. There are described motivation elements respectively those ones which demotivate to better performance. There is also described salary and bonus system.
