Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the process of recruitment and selection of employees in selected company Pouba, a.s. And then compare it with the theoretical knowledge from the first part of the bachelor thesis and, if problems are identified, propose recommendations for solving these problems and the subsequent transmission of this recommendation by Pouba, a. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the theory of employee recruitment and selection is outlined. Here, on the basis of professional literature, the process of recruiting and selecting employees, resources from which employees can be obtained, methods and criteria on the basis of which employees can be selected. The practical part is divided into sub-chapters. The first part of the practical part is presented by Pouba, a.s. The second part of this work is focused on the description of the current state of recruitment and selection of employees in the company Pouba, The third part is dedicated to the questionnaire survey. In conclusion, based on this analysis and the questionnaire survey, recommendations are made to solve the identified problems.
