Využitelnost rychlých záchranných automobilů u jednotek požární ochrany na Územním odboru Brno

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the applicability of fast rescue vehicles for fire brigades in the South Moravian region, at the Brno Territorial Department and application of the crew on-site intervention. The thesis is divided into parts which are characterized in South Moravia in terms of natural conditions and transport accessibility. Organizational conditions are given under which it is possible to operate these vehicles, such as the numbers of people belonging to different types of stations and their predestination to perform specific activities. Basic activities that the crew of fast rescue vehicles are able to do are further described. An assessment exercise of such vehicles is analyzed by events in the South Region in 2011 and by and time intervals when interfering PS Rosice using RZA equipment.
