Ekonomické zhodnocení sanace a rekultivace ve firmě Cement Hranice, akciová společnost

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickým zhodnocením stavu rezerv pro budoucí sanace a rekultivace ve společnosti Cement Hranice, akciová společnost. Firma má bohaté zkušenosti s výrobou a distribucí cementu, která zde funguje déle než 50 let. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na základní informace o společnosti a podrobněji se zabývám problematikou rekultivací. Zbylá část je věnována analýze vytváření dostatečného objemu rezerv na základě stanov zákona, které jsou firmy povinny tvořit a zda v případě ukončení těžby bude disponovat dostatkem finančních prostředků na uvedení krajiny do obnoveného stavu. V závěru práce popíšu výsledky analýzy.

This thesis deals with the economic evaluation of reserves for future remediation and reclamation at Cement Hranice, akciová společnost. The company has rich experience in the production and distribution of cement, which works for more than 50 years. The thesis is divided into the two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the basic information about the company and I deal with the issue of reclamation. The remaining part is dedicated to the analysis about creation of a sufficient volume of reserves under a statute law, which companies are required to establish and whether to terminate the extraction will have sufficient financial resources for the placing on country into the renewed state. In conclusion, I will describe the results of the analysis.
