Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to study the drafting of regional development in the village Kravaře. For this purpose, an analysis of the problems of the current state of the area and knowledge of the area and its needs. On the basis of these findings were proposed two alternatives. The first variant is resolved only as a zone for individual housing with the necessary public space, in the second variant was also designed civic amenities and a combination of detached and chain houses. For the variant was created detailed technical solutions and infrastructure, economic calculation and approximate calculation of network capacity.
