Abstract

Recruitment and Adaptation Procedure of Employee in the Business Academy Prostejov The Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the recruitment and adaptation procedure of employee in the Business Academy Prostejov. The aim is to analyze the situation in the recruitment and adaptation procedure of new employees in the workplace organization and selected based on evaluation results will be drafted to improve the situation. Inside theoretical resources will be described the recruitment and adaptation procedure, the particular steps of the process and activities within it should be realized. In the practical part I will engage with analyzing the current situation of the process in the organization and make a structured interview with the director of schools and a survey of employees. At the end of the Bachelor´s Thesis will be analyzed the views of both sides, compared with a theoretical part and proposed some solutions to the problems raised.
