Možnosti financování obnovy území po přírodních katastrofách v České republice

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the recovery of areas affected by the floods in September 2024 in the Moravian-Silesian Region, with an emphasis on financing and the efficiency of financial resources. The aim is to analyze public support instruments and evaluate their contribution to the stabilization of affected areas. The theoretical part examines subsidy programs and other funding sources, while the practical part, in the form of a case study of the city of Krnov, analyzes the recovery process and the use of financial resources. The results show that a combination of multiple funding sources enabled effective recovery; however, shortcomings were identified, particularly in the administrative complexity of some programs.
