Stanovení hodnoty fotbalového klubu

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o rozličných metodách výpočtu hodnoty akciového podniku. Sledovaným podnikem se stal Sportovní klub Sigma Olomouc, a.s. Zvolenými metodami výpočtu hodnoty jsou metoda účetní, metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků a metoda kapitalizovaných čistých výnosů. Cílem této diplomové práce je tedy výpočet hodnoty podniku SK Sigma Olomouc, a.s. třemi vybranými rozdílnými metodami a následné porovnání výsledných údajů. Jako dodatečný cíl figuruje zjištění vhodnosti využití výnosových metod pro podniky, jejichž hlavním cílem není maximalizace zisku. Diplomová práce je členěna do tří kapitol. První se věnuje teoretickému vymezení souvisejících pojmů, definic, postupů a vzorců. Druhá část v první fázi představuje vybraný podnik (struktura vlastníků, předmět činnosti, vývoj apod.), dále zachycuje finanční a strategickou analýzu a záznam metodických výpočtů. Poslední kapitola přináší návrhy a doporučení pro podnik.

This thesis discusses the various methods of calculating the value of the stock company. As the reference company was chosen Sport club Sigma Olomouc, stock company. For the calculation of the value were used the accounting method, the method of discounted cash flows and net income capitalization method. The aim of this thesis is value determination of the company SK Sigma Olomouc by three different selected methods and then comparing final data. As additional target figures finding use suitability of yield methods for businesses whose primary objective is not profit maximization. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first deals with the theoretical definition of related concepts, definitions, procedures and formulas. The second part represents at first the selected company (structure owners, business activities, development, etc.), also captures financial and strategic analysis and record of methodical calculations. The last chapter gives suggestions and recommendations for the enterprise.
