Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the project of a building with store that will be situated in the village of Příbor. The aim is processing a project for building permission according to the current building code and relevant regulations. The assessment in term of thermal technology of selected constructions will be carried out same as technological regulation for masonry. As well time and economic comparation of two different masonry materials will be made. Finally the schedule construction itemized budget and the principles of organization of construction according to valid regulations will be solved. The main contribution of this bachelor thesis is finding out wich material is the best one for masonry construction in terms of financial technological time and thermal technology.
